Method of Use
- Step 1 – Apply 3-4 drops of oil on both wrists and arm
- Step 2 – Rub the oil evenly with both wrists and arm
- Step 3 – The remaining oil on both wrists, rub it on the back of your neck.
- Step 4 – smell (3 times) the deep scent of the oil on your wrist
- Step 5 – apply the oil on the oil to your body part in pain, and gently massage it until the pain is gone.

Nang Ori Black Pepper Oil or Spray are NOT “Heat Oil” like any other massage oil.
Nang Ori Black Pepper Oil or Spray are unlike most other massage oils where skin feels like it burns when applied.
